This fully remote accounting role supports accurate and timely financial close activities within a fast-paced global organization. You’ll take ownership of key balance sheet and income statement accounts while contributing to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. The position combines journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with opportunities to improve accounting systems and processes. You’ll work with tools such as NetSuite while supporting audits, tax filings, and other financial initiatives. The role requires solid attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. As the position aligns regularly with U.S. Eastern business hours, it is primarily a night-shift opportunity for professionals based in India.

Accountabilities:

• Execute accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end,



and year-end close activities for assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts.

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analyses for areas such as cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued liabilities, credit cards, and intangible assets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support an efficient and accurate accounting close process.

• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures for assigned areas of responsibility.

• Provide supporting information for financial statement audits and tax filings as required.

• Help optimize existing accounting platforms and workflows, including the use of NetSuite, Floqast, and Navan.

• Assist with ad-hoc accounting projects and other finance initiatives as needed.

• Maintain high standards of accuracy, documentation, and financial controls across assigned activities.
