The chance
As a Mobile Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial for the Mobile services at EY. By designing, testing, and implementing new mobile products and services within our Intune-based mobile environment, you will contribute to creating and maintaining a seamless experiences for our Mobile users.
With over 400,000 users and 350,000 enrolled devices, your expertise will help ensure that our mobile solutions are not only innovative but also secure and aligned with our strategic goals.
Your key responsibilities
• Design, test and implementation of new mobile products and services, ensuring they meet quality and security standards.
• Proactively suggest new ideas and solutions, driving them to implementation with minimal guidance on technical delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Technical Lead to align on project goals and execution.
• Provide input to the Mobile Roadmap and actively participate in bringing it to life.
• Manage Intune policies and configurations to maintain a secure mobile platform.
• Serve as the last level of support, troubleshooting and resolving issues that exceed the capabilities of the support organization.
