A Day in the Life
The Mazor Robotics Program within Medtronic develops software-enabled technologies that support complex medical device systems used in patient care. This role is part of the Verification and Validation (V&V;) function, focused on ensuring product quality through test strategy development, requirements traceability, manual testing, and test automation across complex electro-mechanical systems.
This position is based in India and follows a Flex work model, combining remote and in-office work. No travel is required for this role.



This role is responsible for developing and executing verification and validation activities for complex medical device systems. The Senior Enterprise Software Engineer partners with cross-functional engineering teams to translate product requirements into test protocols, establish automated testing solutions, maintain design control documentation, and ensure complete requirements coverage throughout the product development lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop test protocols and validation strategies based on system and product requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scenarios.
• Execute system-level and software-level verification activities for complex electro-mechanical products.
• Perform requirements traceability analysis to ensure complete test coverage.
