Overview:
Supports day-to-day Electrical Routing Design activities, developing 3D models Sheet Metal, Vacuum form Parts and engineering data for aerospace or complex engineered products.
This role works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturable, standards compliant designs across the product lifecycle.
What You Will Do *
Support day-to-day design and engineering activities for assigned programs within the engineering organization.
Create and modify 3D models in Siemens NX (UG) for sheet metal, machined, plastic and assemblies.
Apply best design practices for Machined parts, Sheet metal parts and Thermoplastic components.
Contribute to electrical routing design and/or LRU (Line Replaceable Unit) packaging, as applicable to design scope.
Work with NX Electrical Routing module to support harness routing and electrical integration activities.
Develop and maintain Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) at component, sub-assembly, and top-level, ensuring accuracy and compliance with release processes.
Prepare and support ECN/ECR (Engineering Change Notices/Requests) documentation.
