Job Description

We're looking for a agile and customer-focused Store Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be the backbone of our store operations, managing daily transactions, inventory, and customer interactions while maintaining the highest standards of service and organization. As a Store Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a welcoming shopping environment for all our guests.




• Manage all point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring proper cash handling and payment reconciliation throughout your shift
• Oversee daily stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks to maintain optimal merchandise availability and minimize discrepancies
• Deliver exceptional customer service by attending to guest inquiries promptly and ensuring a welcoming, positive shopping experience
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Process customer transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in billing and providing detailed receipts
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and training to ensure consistent service standards across the team
