We are looking for a dynamic Content & Creator Manager who understands the creator ecosystem and can work across influencer marketing, YouTube, content partnerships, and creator monetisation. The role will involve managing end-to-end influencer marketing initiatives while also identifying and developing new opportunities across Creator Growth & Monetisation (CG), YouTube channels, content IPs, and AnyCreator Stream (YouTube Live Streaming). The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with brands, agencies, creators, YouTube channels, and internal teams, with a strong understanding of how creators and content can be transformed into scalable business opportunities. This is a hands-on role that combines creator management, campaign execution, outreach, opportunity development, and ecosystem building.

What You'll Do:

1. Influencer Marketing & Creator Management

• Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across platforms and creator categories.

• Work closely with creators and influencers for campaign briefings, content development, deliverables, timelines and execution.





• Identify relevant creators based on brand objectives, audience, content category and campaign requirements.

• Support creator negotiations, commercials, contracting and campaign coordination.

• Work closely with internal Influencer Marketing, Strategy, Operations and Account teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

• Build and maintain solid relationships with creators, talent managers and creator networks.

• Identify recent and emerging creators who can be developed into long-term brand partners.

2. Creator Growth & YouTube Channel Development

• Support the growth of the Creator Growth & Monetisation (CG) business by identifying and onboarding relevant YouTube channels, publishers and content partners.

• Conduct outreach to YouTube creators, publishers and channel owners to explore potential partnerships with AnyMind.
