Associate Enterprise Software Engineer - DevSecOps

Experience: 3.5 - 5.8 Years

In this role as a DevOps Engineer, you will be working in Global Business Services, where we improve and transform our internal technology infrastructure, including IT operations, workplace technologies, cybersecurity, IT architecture, engineering services, and network and enterprise systems.

About the role
This opportunity plays a key role in the development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise software / cloud platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in coding, automation, infrastructure management, and security. This role offers opportunities to work with modern technologies, including cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and generative AI, while contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and platform reliability. You will report to Manager of DevSecOps Engineering and work alongside a team of 4 dedicated colleagues.

You will
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable enterprise software and cloud platforms.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Operate and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Apply SRE principles (e.g., monitoring, incident response, capacity planning) to ensure platform stability.
