Senior Manager – Linux Unix HPC Computing
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Linux/Unix & HPC Computing to lead a team of senior engineers and architects responsible for enterprise infrastructure across on-premises data centers and cloud environments.
This role combines technical leadership, infrastructure strategy, people management, operational excellence, and technology transformation. The successful candidate will be accountable for developing and operating secure, highly available, resilient, automated,



and cost-effective infrastructure platforms that support critical business needs.
The role will be based in Bangalore, India.
Your Role:
• Lead the engineering, operations, modernization, and lifecycle management of enterprise Linux/Unix, high-performance computing (HPC), cloud, containerization, clustered storage, and data center infrastructure.
• Define and implement enterprise standards for configuration management, automation, orchestration, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, observability, and self-service capabilities.
• Establish and maintain high-availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and resilience strategies for critical infrastructure services.
• Own patch management, vulnerability remediation, configuration compliance, security hardening, and technology lifecycle management across infrastructure platforms.
