Job Purpose

The role has overall responsibility to manage financial aspects of the company. This includes timely financial reporting, maintaining bank and other credit institution relationships, cash management, budget preparation, contract review and approval, coordination for annual audit, tax returns,



and overall interface between Finance function and various other functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership, People Management & Organizational Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 25 accounting professionals across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting, Tax, and Treasury activities.

• Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee development initiatives.

• Create a high-performing environment where objectives are clearly defined, progress is regularly monitored, and achievements are recognized.

• Promote a culture of ownership, customer focus, and continuous improvement across the Shared Service Center.

• Build organizational capabilities to support the growth and evolution of the SSC.
