Key Responsibilities
• Invoice Processing• Manage invoice entry and validation through web applications and country‑specific workflows.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

• Vendor Management• Perform vendor account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Act as the first point of contact for vendor queries via the Help Desk.

• Reporting & Compliance• Prepare periodic reports on Accounts Payable metrics and exceptions.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to SOX and internal compliance requirements.

• Procure‑to‑Pay Knowledge

• Demonstrate strong understanding of PO‑based and Non‑PO‑based invoice processing.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams to streamline processes.

Qualifications & Experience
• Education:• Graduate in Commerce or Finance.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA/Finance or equivalent).

• Experience:• Minimum 3–5 years of prior experience in Accounts Payable or related finance functions.
• Exposure to multinational environments and cross‑border workflows is an advantage.





• Skills & Competencies:• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

• Work Schedule• Shift timings aligned to EU or US time zones to support global operations.
