Main Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to meet our HUB hiring needs.



Your primary responsibility will be to source and engage with potential candidates through various channels to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our open positions. You will collaborate closely with TA Partners, TA Lead and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Source and identify potential candidates through proactive and strategic sourcing methods, including but not limited to online sourcing, job portals, social media recruiting, networking, employee referrals, internal applications.
• Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to build a diverse candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.
• Engage with candidates to provide information about job opportunities, company culture, and growth opportunities prospects.
• Partner with TA Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring need and refine sourcing strategies
