Job summary
As a Senior Associate, Data Governance at JPMorganChase within the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO), you will serve as a seasoned member of a high performing team responsible for carrying out critical and timely document reviews and updates across all areas within CDAO, focusing on Data Governance, Data Management, Privacy, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning. You will also lead the creation and publication of recent firmwide governing documents—standards, procedures, and frameworks—that define governance processes supporting legal and regulatory requirements. You will partner with Lines of Business (LOBs) and Corporate Functions (CFs) stakeholders as a subject matter expert on the firmwide Data Risk Management Policy/Standard requirements.
Job responsibilities
• Contribute to the development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the firmwide Data Risk Management Standard




• Partner closely with LOB/CF stakeholders to drive compliance with the firm’s Data Risk Management Policy and Standard requirements
• Leverage new and emerging AI/ML technology to improve document creation, quality checks, and document governance efficiency , while adhering to responsible AI/ML practices, privacy, and control requirements
• Manage CDAO governing documents, including review with stakeholders during annual / off-cycle refresh cycles, with a focus on Data Governance and Data Risk Management
• Represent the Document Governance team in CDO forums as a subject matter expert; advise on document governance expectations aligned with the Office of Document Governance (ODG) and end-to-end CDAO document lifecycle process
• Coordinate forums by developing meeting materials and soliciting agenda items from stakeholders within Firmwide Chief Data Office (FCDO)
