We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid digital acquisition and growth initiatives for a fast-paced Quick Commerce environment. The role requires robust hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, performance marketing, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and campaign optimisation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable acquisition strategies, managing significant digital advertising budgets, improving campaign efficiency, and driving measurable business outcomes across customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with customer acquisition, revenue, and growth objectives.
• Own end-to-end campaign management across Google Ads and Meta Ads, including planning, setup, targeting, optimisation, and reporting.




• Manage and optimise paid search, display, social, video, retargeting, and other relevant digital campaigns.
• Plan and manage advertising budgets while maximising ROAS, conversions, revenue, and customer acquisition efficiency.
• Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer behaviour, demographics, location, intent, and purchase patterns.
• Monitor key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, LTV, retention, and revenue contribution.
• Conduct structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, landing pages, offers, messaging, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop and continuously improve high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
• Analyse campaign and customer data to identify opportunities for improved acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
