Your Role

• Lead the Brand, Marketing & Digital Tower for a global client, driving strategic growth and operational excellence.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, enhance customer engagement, and deliver business value.

• Oversee marketing operations, digital initiatives, content, creative services, CRM, commerce, and MarTech functions.

• Drive innovation through data, analytics, automation, and AI-led solutions.

• Lead large cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

• Manage governance, commercial performance, capability building, and client satisfaction.

Your Profile





• 12+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, CRM, Commerce, or related domains.

• Solid understanding of CPG/FMCG industry processes and marketing ecosystems.

• Proven experience leading transformation programs, large delivery teams, and stakeholder engagements.

• Strong business acumen with expertise in marketing strategy, digital channels, customer experience, and operational excellence.

• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.

• Experience working in global, matrixed environments with senior executive stakeholders
