is seeking an experienced Enterprise Tools Support Engineer to join our Global Infrastructure Operations team.
This is a hands-on operational support role responsible for maintaining the health, security and compliance of enterprise infrastructure across both on-premises and Azure cloud environments.
The primary focus of this position is the administration of ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus, ensuring enterprise-wide patch compliance across Windows and Linux servers. The successful candidate will also support our ScienceLogic monitoring platform and assist with day-to-day operational support of our enterprise infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting large enterprise environments who enjoys troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and driving operational excellence.
