Overview

The Assistant Manager - MIS will be responsible for driving Power BI initiatives, developing and implementing innovative solutions, and managing a team of Power BI professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Power BI tools and technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.



This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for process improvement and a robust command of written and spoken English

How you'll make an impact

1. Power BI Development:
• Design, develop, and implement Power BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel, Power Apps, and MS Access.
• Create and maintain web-based applications to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for Power BI and optimization.

2. Team Management:
• Lead and manage a team of Power BI professionals, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage team performance to meet organizational goals.

3. Project Management:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored Power BI solutions.
