What would you do? • We are looking for a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to support the Talent and Human Resources function in managing compensation programs, analyzing employee pay data,



and providing insights to support fair, competitive, and data-driven compensation decisions.

• Support the design, administration, and analysis of employee compensation programs.
• Analyze salary structures, pay ranges, incentives, bonuses, and other compensation components.
• Conduct market salary benchmarking and compensation analysis using internal and external salary data.

• Design processes for performing salary adjustments, providing bonus incentives, maintaining salary and job tables and managing employee stock purchase plan.
What are we looking for? • Maintain accurate compensation data in HRIS and other HR systems.
• Work with Payroll and Finance teams to validate compensation-related information and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with promotion, transfer, and job-level compensation analysis.
• Support compensation-related audits and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
