You will work closely with our collections team to resolve customer complaints and inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.

Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a prompt and professional response to inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the collections team to ensure a smooth and effective collections process, minimizing customer impact.
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their inquiries or complaints, keeping them informed.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify customer trends and pain points, and suggest improvements.




• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the relevant teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer relationship management.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or customer relationship management capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution.
• Proficiency in MS
