Engineering is prioritising key initiatives which support our customers in moving to cloud while simultaneously continuing to bring the most value to our customers through investments across our core product suite – including Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Bitbucket.

You will report to a Senior Engineering Manager or Head of Engineering.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Build client code that is fast, testable, scalable, and high quality

• Plan and build, and implement scalable user interface systems that delight users

• Leverage AI effectively to amplify the impact

• Collaborate with other engineers, designers and managers to understand user pain points and refine excellent solutions

• Lead code reviews and documentation, and take on complex bug fixes

• Drive the success of projects, from the technical design, implementation, and launch to operation

• Onboard and mentor other engineers
