We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Business Unit Leader to take end-to-end ownership of a high-value agency portfolio, with responsibility for P&L;, revenue growth, new business acquisition, client retention, and team leadership.
This role is suited for a senior business leader who can operate with an owner mindset, build a strong growth engine, deepen strategic client relationships, and lead experienced teams toward ambitious business outcomes. You will have significant autonomy to shape the business, strengthen market positioning, and identify opportunities for expansion across existing and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end P&L; responsibility for the assigned business portfolio, including revenue, profitability, costs, and commercial performance.
• Build and lead the current-business engine, developing a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities.




• Lead pitches, RFPs, proposals, commercial negotiations, and client acquisition initiatives.
• Identify and convert cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing accounts.
• Develop account-growth strategies to increase client engagement, scope, and long-term commercial value.
• Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with CMOs, CXOs, and key marketing decision-makers.
• Own strategic account planning, QBRs, executive reviews, and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Drive client retention, renewals, satisfaction, and long-term relationship development.
• Lead and mentor a team of senior business and operational leaders.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing leadership talent while building succession plans.
• Establish clear business goals, operating rhythms, performance expectations, and accountability across the team.
• Partner with Creative, Strategy, Media
