Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through voice channels in a skilled and courteous manner.

• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

• Handle customer queries, complaints and service requests effectively.

• Follow defined processes, SOPs and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Meet defined productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams as per process guidelines.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Relevant experience in International Voice / Customer Service processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Willingness to work from office.

• Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
