This is a senior backend engineering role focused on building reliable, scalable connector integrations for a mission-critical SaaS platform.
You will design and develop distributed systems and adapters that connect business applications across multiple protocols and communication patterns.
The role combines deep Java expertise with cloud-native architecture, microservices, event-driven systems, and platform reliability.
You will have end-to-end ownership of critical subsystems, from technical design and implementation through production support and optimization.
The position offers significant technical depth, with opportunities to influence architecture, improve engineering standards, and mentor other developers.
You will collaborate with Product, DevOps, SRE, and engineering teams in a highly distributed and remote-friendly setting.

Accountabilities:

• Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant connector integrations and adapters capable of supporting mission-critical business workflows continuously and reliably.

• Architect and develop distributed microservices using cloud-native patterns such as circuit breakers, bulkheads, observability, and resilient multi-tenant architectures.

• Build and optimize data pipelines supporting REST, SOAP, GraphQL, gRPC, webhooks, and other integration protocols across synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven workflows.

• Take ownership of critical technical subsystems, contributing to system design, RFCs, architecture reviews, and long-term technical decisions.
