Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented HR professional with 4–6 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, complemented by hands-on experience in HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.



This role requires an individual who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR operations and partnering with business leaders to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility – 60%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across various business functions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and evaluate candidates for cultural and technical fit.
