What You’ll Be Part Of
This position is responsible for all Assembly stations & tester machine maintenance activity. This includes, attending breakdown, equipment troubleshooting, anew machine installation,



panel wiring, maintaining calibration of devices, Documentation activity, poke yoke, MTTR, FTT etc.…

What Makes You A Solid Fit
• Troubleshooting & debugging of Assembly station during breakdown is the prior goal

• Adherence to Assembly station & Test machines, preventive maintenance according to PM schedule and PM procedure.

• Maintain the MTTR, OEM, FTT Spare list etc… according to Industry standard

• Verifying & Validation of Poke yoke systems & line improvements.

• Basic knowledge in infotainment handling equipment’s

• Maintain all document check list like Preventive, Predictive, Contingency plan, Critical equipment list, ESD check list etc…

• All running machine need to understand & debug

• In house development of fixture, jigs, control panel.

Bonus Points if You Have
• Strong knowledge in Basic Electronics, Panel Wiring & Schematics, Pneumatics, and Equipment troubleshoot
