Role Overview:
The Virtual Chatbot Team Lead will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Virtual Chatbot platform. This role ensures the chatbot delivers high-quality, scalable, and secure conversational experiences for employees, customers, and internal stakeholders. The Lead will manage end-to-end operations,



guide a cross-functional squad, and collaborate across product, engineering, automation, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product & Platform Ownership
• Define and own the Virtual Chatbot roadmap.
• Lead LLM integration, intent design, and capability expansion.
• Track KPIs and improve chatbot accuracy, performance, and user experience.
2. Technical Leadership
• Guide architecture, integrations, and solution design.
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance.
• Support engineering teams with troubleshooting and enhancements.
3. Stakeholder Management
• Partner with business teams to onboard and develop recent use cases.
• Translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Represent the Virtual Chatbot in demos, reviews, and leadership interactions.
4. Team & Delivery Management
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional chatbot squad.
• Drive backlog priori
