ROLE SUMMARY:
The Global Operation Services Center (GOSC) is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Incentive Compensation Design to lead incentive compensation strategy and design for Pfizer's Tier 3 International Markets. In this role, you will partner directly with business leaders across diverse global markets to develop bonus plans, quota-setting methodologies, and recognition programs that motivate customer-facing colleagues and drive business performance.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into incentive compensation solutions that are simple, engaging, fiscally responsible, and compliant with Pfizer policies and governance standards. Working closely with the GOSC Delivery team, you will also lead the successful implementation and ongoing administration of these programs.
This role combines strategic consulting, analytics, and stakeholder management. It is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data and business strategy, enjoys solving complex performance challenges, and can confidently communicate recommendations to senior leaders.
Success in this position requires both strong quantitative capabilities and the ability to influence decision-making through clear, evidence-based insights.
Beyond supporting assigned markets, this role will contribute to broader GOSC strategic initiatives, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices across international incentive compensation programs.

Incentive Compensation Strategy & Design
• Design, enhance, and maintain incentive compensation plans aligned with local business strategies and commercial objectives.
• Develop and refine quota-setting methodologies that support performance, fairness, and business growth.
• Design local recognition and award programs that reinforce desired behaviors and strategic priorities.
• Partner with business leaders to identify challenges and proactively recommend incentive compensation solutions.
