Senior Manager, IT – Technical Platforms (Signavio)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager, IT – Technical Platforms (Signavio) to lead program management and delivery for the Signavio initiative as part of the ERP Technical Platforms Leadership team, reporting to the Director of ERP Technical Platforms. This role combines platform leadership, disciplined delivery execution, and solid partner management to ensure the Signavio environment is set up securely, integrated effectively, and delivered consistently across all involved third parties. A critical focus of this role is the data extraction and transformation required for Signavio—this is the main gap today and is essential to enabling reliable, accurate, and timely data flows into Signavio to support intended outcomes. The role will have a Manager reporting to them and will partner closely with the Signavio COE.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership, Program Management, and Delivery
• Serve as a member of the ERP Technical Platforms Leadership team, reporting to the Director of ERP Technical Platforms




• Lead end-to-end program management and delivery for the Signavio initiative, including planning, execution, dependency management, and delivery governance
• Manage and develop a Manager who will report into this role, ensuring clarity of responsibilities, execution quality, and delivery outcomes
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and remediation plans clearly to leadership and key stakeholders

Third-Party Partner Management and Delivery Consistency
• Manage and coordinate the different 3rd parties accountable for delivery of the Signavio initiative
• Ensure consistency across third-party implementation partners, including clear accountability, delivery expectations, and performance management
• Drive delivery governance with external partners and internal stakeholders, including escalations and issue resolution
