Director - Sales & Operations (Pan India) – Workplace Enhancement Service
Position Overview
The Director of Sales & Operations will lead nationwide sales strategy and operational execution across India for Workplace Enhancement Service, driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and market expansion. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with proven ability to scale operations, build high-performing teams, and deliver results in a complex, multi-region environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets across all Indian markets
• Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and capture current opportunities
