Assistant Facilities Manager

Designation: Assistant Facilities Manager-Soft Services
Educational Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Experience Required: 6-7 years
Shift Timings: Fixed shift (versatile, based on requirements)
11AM to 8 PM or 1 PM to 10 PM
Work Schedule: 6 Days/week
Gender: Male

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Specific Skills: Expertise in BOQ (Bill of Quantity), proficient in layouts and AutoCAD drawings, experienced in client visits, and well-versed in infrastructure modification requirements.





What this job involves:

To provide comprehensive Facilities Management Services for the client, with a focus on continuous improvement, achieving Financial and KPI/SLA targets established by the Facilities Manager.

Property Operations
• Managing all outsourced service contracts and Jones Lang LaSalle personnel, including inspections and quality management of service delivery – this includes all Cleaning functions/ Security/ Administration/ Reception/ Helpdesk/ Pantry and Mailroom services.
• Developing and implementing building procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems
• Ensuring an adequate supply of materials and service for the proper operation of the buildings and enter into supply and service contracts as approved by the client
• Routinely Inspect all contracted services to ensure performance measures are being maintained
