Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to run end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on technology hiring in a GCC / shared services environment. You will partner with hiring managers, source proactively, manage regional hiring, and use Workday to keep the process and the data clean.



You should be comfortable working independently, hitting turnaround-time (TAT) targets, and giving the business clear reporting on hiring progress.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding handover.
• Partner with business and hiring managers to understand role requirements, build hiring plans, and set realistic timelines.
• Deliver technology hiring across roles such as software engineering, data, cloud, infrastructure, and support functions.
• Manage regional hiring requirements across locations and keep hiring consistent across them.
• Manages content for enterprise digital assets used for Talent Acquisition purposes.
• Develops and manages TA program KPI dashboards to continually monitor the success and health of key programs.
