The Branch Operations Executive will play a crucial role in our company's back-office operations, specifically in the CLM Domestic BFSI department. This position is responsible for overseeing and optimizing various administrative and operational tasks to support the smooth functioning of the branch. The executive will work closely with the customer care team, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. They will also collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee daily back-office operations, ensuring effective workflow.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the customer care team to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Implement and maintain effective operational procedures and policies.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients.
• Handle and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams.




• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing cost-effective strategies for operational excellence.
• Provide regular reports and updates on operational performance to senior management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar back-office or operations role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on process improvement.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for operational tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
