Your Role

The Marketing & Digital Team Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution, governance and continuous improvement of the Brand, Marketing & Digital tower, partnering closely with the Brand, Marketing & Digital Tower Lead. The role manages multidisciplinary teams across category and brand strategy support, consumer and market insights, forecasting, innovation enablement, CRM and CDP operations, digital activation, agency operations, content governance, campaign operations and performance management.

The role ensures strategic priorities are translated into scalable delivery, high-quality outputs,



operational governance and measurable business outcomes while driving capability development, productivity and service excellence across the tower.

In this role you will play key role in

• Category, brand and portfolio planning support.

• Market intelligence, forecasting and performance analytics.

• Consumer insights, segmentation and opportunity identification.

• Innovation and pipeline planning support.

• CRM, CDP, lifecycle and audience operations.

• Digital activation, campaign operations and content governance.

• Agency operations, financial governance and marketing operations.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred, with solid grounding in marketing operations, digital delivery, CRM, insights or consulting.
