As a Senior Implementation Engineer II at Cleo, you are the technical backbone of your TEAM:



configuring complex integrations, leading customer status meetings, guiding junior engineers through challenges, and bridging the gap between solution design and hands-on implementation. What You'll Do

▸ Technical Delivery

▸ Lead technical delivery for assigned projects from implementation through Hypercare.

▸ Configure and troubleshoot complex EDI, API, ERP, and B2B integrations.

▸ Build advanced Business Process Sequences (BPS), data mappings, and API workflows.

▸ Implement performance, security, and integration best practices.

▸ Customer & Project Leadership ▸ Act as the primary technical contact throughout project delivery.

▸ Lead customer meetings, workshops, UAT, and technical discussions.

▸ Partner with Project Managers and Solution Architects on planning
