Key responsibilities:
• RFC planning and plan circulation to 3P plants for the production planning
• Monthly review and validation of costing as per plan with co-ordination with purchase team for rates and finalization of costing
• Regularization of cost sheet on costing portal
• Raising of purchase order in Ivalua as per RFC after costing finalization
• Tracking of renewal of Agreements / Current Agreements
• MRP implementation and tracking
• Artwork revision tracking (Any changes) in co-ordination with Site/PDD/IRA/QA team
• Site Audit and compliance follow up
• Pickup and delivery of stocks from TP sites to respective CWH/CNF
• Follow of delivery schedule with site and arranging pickup for ready stocks
• NPPA application follow-up for the NLEM drugs& its compliance
• Monthly - Pre-commit and final commit
