The Lead Integration Developer will Develop and maintain integrations across cloud and enterprise platforms using established integration patterns and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

• Integration Development & Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions within the Global Client Engagement domain.

• Collaborate with Application Architects, Solution Architects, Product Teams,



and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical integration solutions.

• Develop and maintain integrations across cloud and enterprise platforms using established integration patterns and best practices.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to integration developers and project teams.

• Drive the adoption of reusable components, frameworks, standards, and development practices across integration initiatives. Solution Quality & Delivery Excellence .

• Ensure integration solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and maintainability requirements.

• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to uphold delivery standards.

• Support technical design reviews and contribute to solution assessments and planning.

• Analyse complex integration challenges and lead root cause analysis.
