YOUR NEW ROLE:
The purpose of this role is to support the Team in the below key strategic priorities –
• Projects and Initiatives - supporting the planning, management and delivery of projects and initiatives to improve the customer experience, uplift controls and risk management and enable colleagues in current ways of working.
• Business optimisation and maintenance - supporting the regular maintenance and updating of process maps , work instructions , risk and control registers, training content, share -point sites etc. as part of projects , initiatives, risk reviews or ongoing business needs
• Reporting – delivering regular business reporting to stakeholders
• Ad hoc business analysis and project management - delivering ad hoc support as part of business analysis or project management
• The role requires experience in project management, problem solving, solution design, change management, developing rollout plans , training, process maps and work instructions.
