This role is the engine behind that transformation. You'll own the global accounting process agenda end-to-end: setting standards, driving harmonization across regions and shared service centres, and leading the shift toward intelligent, AI-enabled finance operations.

About the Role
• Define and govern global accounting standards, policies, procedures, and controls across all Flix entities and shared service centres
• Drive process harmonization and standardization across regions, business units, and GBS/SSC environments
• Lead the global process optimization roadmap — from RPA and workflow automation to agentic AI and ERP enhancements — prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable value
• Set and monitor process KPIs, service levels, and performance targets; lead continuous improvement cycles based on data
• Embed compliance across accounting policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
• Partner with SSC operations, IT, country and regional finance teams, Product Owners, and external providers to optimize end-to-end process performance
• Apply process mining, analytics, and benchmarking to surface inefficiencies, identify root causes, and adopt leading practices
• Lead change management — communications, training, and adoption — for current processes and technologies
