We are seeking a highly consultative Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across North America, with a primary focus on technology hiring. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted talent advisor, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies, provide talent market intelligence, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

This role requires Solid stakeholder management skills, end-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle,



and deep expertise in the US technology talent market. The successful candidate will drive recruitment excellence through a data-driven approach, proactive talent engagement, and the ability to influence hiring decisions while ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Talent Advisory & Stakeholder Management• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand business needs and develop hiring strategies
