As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.

Qualifications
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI or back-office environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to building relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions efficiently.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.
