• Facility operations:
Oversee the daily running of the facility, including managing systems like electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and handling general upkeep.
• Maintenance and repairs:
Schedule and supervise routine maintenance and repair work, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate with external vendors for services.
• Staff and team management:
Supervise, train, and support facility staff, such as janitorial and maintenance personnel, and ensure proper scheduling for daily operations.
• Budget and cost control:
Develop and manage facility budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor expenses for utilities, repairs, and supplies.
• Safety and compliance:
Ensure the facility complies with all safety, health, and environmental regulations by implementing and managing safe work practices.
• Coordination and communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, respond to occupant concerns, and coordinate with vendors and other departments.
• Maintain equipment database for site.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge programs and processes that reduce utility costs, increase productivity and savings.
• Initiate strategies to achieve measurable improvements in energy consumption.
• Assist with churn and project work.
• Prepare / provide input to the site monthly report to be submitted to Client
