Summary:
The Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Support Analyst will play a critical role in supporting supplier performance, risk management and resilience across global procurement. Your focus will be on executing SRM processes that ensure suppliers meet agreed KPIs, SLAs and business continuity requirements while enabling data-driven insights for improvement.
You will monitor and analyse supplier performance, prepare scorecards and surveys,



and maintain accurate segmentation data to support governance and strategic reviews. A key part of your role will be providing inputs for risk assessments, performance reviews, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for stakeholders. By collaborating with procurement teams and business partners, you will help drive supplier improvement initiatives that enhance service, quality and long-term value.
