Job Summary

We are seeking a Development and Test Manager with 12+ years of experience leading software development, verification, and quality engineering for connected healthcare and regulated medical software.



The manager will provide technical and people leadership across the complete product lifecycle—from requirements, architecture, design, and implementation through functional, automation, performance, reliability, and release-readiness testing. This role owns delivery of cloud-native applications, REST and GraphQL APIs, user interfaces, microservices, medical-device integrations, and EMR/EHR workflows within agreed quality, schedule, and budget commitments. The role combines engineering leadership, development and test governance, technical direction, stakeholder management, design-control compliance, and audit-ready delivery.
