About this role
We're looking for a Senior Business Operations Associate to join our Finance and Business Operations team to bring structure, visibility, and consistency to the operational processes that sit across our Commercial teams and Finance team. You'll own key workflows across customer footprints, billing, contract renewals, and making sure important steps are completed accurately and on time.

You'll work closely with Customer Success,



Business Operations, and other internal teams to turn currently manual and sometimes ad-hoc processes into clear, reliable workflows. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, spot gaps, build processes where they don't exist, and follow through to make sure they work in practice. You'll also have an opportunity to improve how we track information and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work.

About you

•
You have 3–5 years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, customer operations, sales operations, or a similar role, ideally in a rapid-growing or startup environment.

You're highly organized and extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple manual workflows, follow-ups, deadlines, and stakeholders independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
