Kwalee’s Product & Growth team is looking for a Senior or Lead Product Manager to shape what comes next in our live games: what we change, why, and what it will earn.

You’ll team up with our Executive Producers: they lead how we build, you lead what we build and why,

and together you make our games better and better.

We’ll match the title to your experience. This role is for you if you’re a product leader who loves living in player data, forming bold hypotheses about retention, engagement, and monetisation, running clean experiments, and turning results into confident decisions.

This role is based in our Bangalore studio, working onsite 5 days per week, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Understand the games inside out. Know the key numbers for each game, find the biggest opportunities in retention, engagement, economy, and monetisation, and size them.

• Start with a hypothesis. Turn every opportunity into a clear hypothesis with a success metric, so every feature ships with a purpose.

• Run experiments that decide. Design A/B tests with our product analysts, read them with an open mind, and decide together with the producer
