About the Role
The Relationship Manager – NBFC will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with mid to large-sized NBFC clients. The role focuses on deepening customer engagement across asset and liability products, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering tailored solutions and contributing to the bank’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
• Acquire and manage a portfolio of NBFC clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and servicing.
• Understand client needs and structure customized banking solutions aligned with the bank’s policies.
• Drive business generation across asset and liability products within regulatory and risk frameworks.
• Conduct due diligence and manage credit exposure throughout the client lifecycle.
• Analyze financial reports to identify early warning signals and mitigate potential risks.
• Ideate and implement diversified revenue strategies and client acquisition campaigns.




• Collaborate with internal teams (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to ensure productive execution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Champion a customer-first culture and ensure high service standards across the team.

Secondary Responsibilities
• Address regulatory pendencies, client escalations, BAU service requests, and franchise risk.
• Attract and retain top talent, monitor team productivity, and drive improvements in hiring and retention.

What We Are Looking For
Education
• Graduate in any discipline
• Postgraduate in any field preferred

Experience
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in relationship management for NBFC clients
