YOUR NEW ROLE:
• To provide customers with best-practice, effective and efficient lending fulfillment services with a focus on Bank Guarantees.




• Utilise both the LoanIQ and eBOBS systems to assist in the ongoing administration of bank guarantee portfolio, including the preparation and processing of issuances, exchanges, cancellations, amendments, fees and queries.
• Adhere to processes and procedures including performing all controls associated with processes.
• Facilitate Bank Guarantee Issuances, Amendments, Cancellations and Fees via Ebobs, LoanIQ and other core systems.
• Reconcile clearing account to remain within KRI’s. Actioning daily Bank Guarantee Reports with a focus of clearing aged items.
• Foster and maintain a positive team environment exuding efficiency, inclusion, professionalism, exemplary customer service, and accountability

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
• 3+ years’ experience as an operational practitioner
• Preferred experience managing lending transactions and/or high-volume customer requests
• Strong customer service work ethic
