As a Senior Assistant – PE Shared Services you will play an important role in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality People Operations services across the employee lifecycle.
You will manage complex HR transactions and employee data across systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and adherence to established service levels and operating procedures.
In addition to day-to-day operations, you will take ownership of processes, support issue resolution and escalations, partner with global stakeholders,



identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and contribute to enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions in Workday and other HR systems, including new hires, onboarding, employee data changes, promotions, compensation changes, transfers, international movements, organizational changes, leave-related transactions, and terminations.
• Process, validate, and audit HR transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and data integrity across HR systems.
• Manage employee and manager requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with defined SLAs and quality standards.
• Manage and validate data movement and integrations between HR systems, including Workday, payroll systems, recruiting platforms, and other downstream applications.
