The Role
Your Role :
Join Kyndryl as a Service Coordinator and take charge of a dynamic role that puts you at the forefront of delivering exceptional IT services to our customers. As a Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues, coordinating and managing service requests, and maintaining constant communication with customers throughout the service process.
What you will do :
• Application Monitoring & Health Checks: Proactively monitor critical applications (Finacle Core Banking, Payments, Trade,
LOS), perform SOD/EOD checks, and track alerts, interfaces, and batch failures.
• Incident & Request Management: Act as L1 first point of contact to log, categorize, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests within ITIL and SLA targets.
• First-Level Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve login, interface, and data mismatch issues using SQL queries, scripts, and SOP workarounds.
• User Support & Escalation: Communicate status via email, phone, or tickets, assist business/ops users with usage queries, and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 with full logs and analysis.
• Operational Execution: Perform batch restarts, file transfers, data validation, report updates, and support deployments during maintenance windows and production releases.
• Documentation & Change Management: Maintain incident records, SOPs, and knowledge articles, while creating and managing ITSM change tickets
