• Manage day-to-day soft service operations including housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and office hygiene.
• Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of office premises as per company standards.
• Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping and support staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality.
• Handle vendor management, service scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Address employee concerns related to housekeeping, cafeteria, and workplace cleanliness.
• Maintain records,
reports, and compliance documentation related to soft services.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for timely resolution of service issues.
• Support facility management activities and special projects as assigned.
