As the Manager of Global Delivery, you will work with multiple groups and have a broad impact on the customer experience, process management & optimization and compliance, as you drive a culture focused on innovation through process improvements, automation, implementing new tools, and developing global standards.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
• A minimum of 10 years of batch process experience,



capabilities and industry knowledge to understand customer challenges and to create solutions that deliver tangible results.
• Experience in managing a large team of system designers, coders, analysts or solution consultants.
• Works well in a team setting fostering collaboration and working towards consensus.
• Skilled in delivering high-quality output ‘On-time’ in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to explain complex technical and analytical concepts across any audience.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot processing issues and understand how strategic goal measurements impact department level goals.
• Demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities to optimize performance.
• Accountable for the performance, growth and results of the team and owns the employee life cycle. (i.e. hiring, evaluating talent, coaching, performance management, retention, etc.)
